Our hybrid system blends strength training, functional conditioning, and endurance work, indoors and out. Every class is coach-led, every program is scalable. We track progress—not just to see gains, but to help you feel stronger, more capable, and more in tune with your body.

Meet the Founder

Alpine Powerhouse was founded by a former firefighter and collegiate lacrosse athlete, raised by an NFL player, with a lifelong passion for strength and performance. He’s built this program to combine performance with accessibility. With experience in strength training, CrossFit, and Hyrox-style programming, he designs workouts that challenge - but scale for everyone.

Our gym shares that same mission: to push, uplift, and support. We believe in correct form, in listening to your body, and in building a community where coaching isn’t just instruction—it’s accountability, guidance, and encouragement.

What We Offer

Small-Group Classes – Dynamic coach-led sessions (60 minutes) combining strength, endurance, and functional movement. Scalable and structured for progress.
One-on-One Personal Training – Customized plans, deeper attention, and expert guidance for athletes or those needing more support.
Outdoor & Race Prep Workouts – Trail runs, hill sprints, and signature Alpine Challenges to prepare for real-world terrain and competitions.
Remote / Hybrid Programming – Not always in Reno? No problem. Get proven workouts, coaching, and support wherever you are.
Seasonal Challenges & Benchmarks – Test your fitness with our signature workouts (The Summit Test, The Trailblazer, etc.), track your growth, join leaderboards, build momentum.
